Dwayne McClary’s career has been spent working in content strategy, video promotion, and sports marketing at music recording labels Motown, Geffen, MCA, and EMI Records. In 2000, he was named MCA’s “Urban Promotion Executive of the Year.” Dwayne has worked with countless multi-platinum, Grammy award winning artists including: Mary J. Blige, Common, Nelly, The Roots, Erykah Badu, Snoop Dogg, Shaggy, Swizz Beatz, Al Green, B.B. King.
Dwayne presently owns and operates his own consulting company which provides specialized marketing/promotional video services to Epic/Sony Music, Caroline, RocNation, Universal Music Group, Def Jam, NFLPA, NBA, and many other clients. As a consultant, McClary has had tremendous success in strategizing content for XXXtentacion, NF, Trippie Redd, Joyner Lucas, and many other artists. He also serves as an Associate to Rave Talent Management and assisted in securing specialized talent to appear in numerous global TV advertising campaigns including: Nike – Re2pect with Derek Jeter, Budweiser “Dreams Are Made” with Jay-Z, and Fiat “My World” with Jennifer Lopez.
